SLAMD is a four week leadership training intensive designed for those who want to develop their leadership potential. You have learned how to listen to God, now you will be trained by seasoned leaders in how to walk it out and develop as you go.


Topics:

How to recognize pitfalls that could potentially take you out and handle difficult situations within your team.  Leading is about influence and not relying on a title, so how do you remain their friend while being their leader?  How do you lead a meeting, ask great questions, have implicational thinking, cast a vision and follow through well?   Learn how to motivate YWAMers to run in their strengths and have healthy team dynamics? Lead with candor and graciousness, understand our YWAM values and apply them. This seminar will change your life and how you look at leadership forever!
